What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time and receive a full refund (either for your deposit or for your total balance if you've already paid in full).

Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time. You may receive a refund for any amount you paid over the deposit amount.

If I as the notary need to cancel an appointment, I will do my best to reschedule at a time convenient to you at no additional cost. If we're unable to find an new appointment time that's convenient for you, I'll provide a full refund (either for your deposit or for your total balance if you've already paid in full).
